Shipping
The non-customized products are shipped within 1-3 days using the US Postal Service. Bigger, customized orders may take a bit more time to complete, depending on current load. I ship worldwide.

Within the USA and countries in brown it's possible to ship flat merchandise (documents) as inexpensive untracked letter. Several years of experience show letters to these countries don't get lost and arrive even faster the tracked packages (usually 1-3wks to Europe/Australia and 1-5 days within the US).

Tracked shipment is possible world-wide and

• is recommended for larger documents (A4), as they will be shipped in rigid mailer which reduces risk of crumpling/folding

• is mandatory for non-flat items (medals, some boxes, etc.)

Shipping to the countries in gray above

Many countries are excluded from the default shipping options. It is due to significant number of undelivered shipments reported from these countries in the past. If you would like to have your order shipped there, please contact me directly. Shipping to these countries can be done via tracked mail (higher cost), or at your own risk (no refund possible if shipment does not reach you).

Returns & Exchange
The returns of non-defective merchandise are not accepted. Please look at the product pictures and read description carefully before purchasing. In case of defective merchandise exchange or refund will be arranged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at krausepapierwerke@gmail.com with description of your concerns.
