Not all ribbons on John Smith's uniform are historical. This ribbons are here, so you can replace any ribbon on a purchased ribbon bar with impossible to find Man in the High Castle version. 
 
Instructions:
remove ribbon from purchased metal holder (they're normally glued on)
place one of the unique ribbons in place of the original (reuse the original glue if still there)
if applicable, attach metal device
mount the ribbon on the metal bar
