Letter is informing receipient of the award and inviting her to offical presentation ceremony conisiding with party Christmas celebration. It's signed by Kreisleiter and stamped with local NSDAP stamp.
 
For historical accuracy, select 1939 only for mother older than 60. Younger mothers had to wait till 1940 due to underestimated amount of recipients. Latest date for this letter would be Christmas of 1944.
