Ground Assault Badge of the Luftwaffe (Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe)
Even the Air Force (Luftwaffe) is on the ground sometimes. When you're retreating, your airfield crew may be caught in a fight waiting for planes to get back. So Luftwaffe introduced their own equivalent of Infantry Assault Badge that regular army would have received. 
This pixel-accurate reproduction is printed on appropriate thickness A5 cardstock and comes blank, or completely filled out on a period German typewriter with your name, unit, rank and award date of your choice, appropriate stamp and signature of awarding general.
