Special-issue miniature sheet with a Reinhard Heydrich memorial postage stamp. Distributed in limited quantities after his death. The card bears black printed borders, and is headed with SS runes, as well as Heydrich's name, birth date, and death date. 
The stamp is an actual stamp, glued onto the card.
