The item here is an aged award certificate for Front Flying Clasp in Silver (Frontflugspange) signed by the Luftwaffe Major Gotthard Handrick, commander of Fighter Squadron 77.  Can optionally come to you with color photograph signed "Heil Hitler! Reinhard Heydrich"
 
Heydrich in Luftwaffe?
Less known side of Reinhard Heydrich - a front-line fighter pilot. He flew many (at least 60) front-line missions over Norway and later Russia. On 22nd July 1941 he got shot down by anti-aircraft artillery and crash landed in no-man's land and was saved by a German reconnaissance patrol in the area. His boss Himmler was furious (Heydrich violated direct order from him not to fly). After this adventure Heydrich never flew a combat mission again.
