late - 20 Dec 1941 till end of the war. Filled out will have stamp of Army Supreme Command (Oberkommando des Heeres) and signature of Field Marshall Wilhelm Keitel) 
 
The certificate is printed to scale and is 85% of the original size (12x8.5").
 
For filled out version please provide name, rank, unit (optional) and award date. It will also be appropriately stamped and signed.
