War-time postcard from 1939 Danzig (Gdańsk) depicting the city's Coat of Arms (Wappen). May come with canceled stamp on the reverse saying "Danzig ist Deutsch" (Gdańsk is German). The cancel says: "Danzig grüßt jubelnd seinen Führer und Befreier Adolf Hitler. 19. September 1939", which translates to English "Gdańsk greets jubilantly its Führer and liberator Adolf Hitler". 

There are 2 stamps to choose from:

  1. Red, depicting St Mary's Church (12 RPf), or
  2. Green, depicting 15th century harbor crane (6Rpf)
