Elite units proudly wore cuff-titles on their uniforms. Some service branches had them as well. A few of the campaigns were commemorated with their own cuff-title and lucky soldiers could show off to the whole world they've been a part of it. Campaign cuff titles all started with the famous army corps of Feldmarschall Rommel and ended up with the following list:

• Afrika - award certificate

• Kurland - request

• Kreta (Crete) - award certificate

• Metz - request
